Given this condition, however, the public must also be aware they are being conditioned by vested interests and politicians into accepting directions cunningly designed to foster self interest. The mind-blowing profit levels of the oil companies is one such indicator that the public are being "hood-winked". If the increasing costs foisted on the public went into finding enlightened, sustainable solutions to the Global energy position, then fine, but methinks at the present time the vested interests are simply escalating energy prices in order to further "line their own pockets".
That will not assist our collective plight one jot!
